General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement governing the use of the line platform and all its services. By creating an account, accessing or using any service on line, you automatically agree to all of these Terms in full.

line is an online gaming and sports betting platform serving Bengali-speaking users in Bangladesh. The platform offers slots, live casino, cricket betting, basketball and a range of other gaming options.

1.1 Scope of Terms

These Terms apply to all services provided through the line website, mobile application and any related digital channels. Separate conditions may apply to specific promotions, tournaments or special events, and those conditions will apply alongside these main Terms.

1.2 Language of Interpretation

These Terms are published in Bengali and are intended for Bangladeshi users. In the event of any ambiguity, line's interpretation shall be final.

Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Users must be at least 21 years old to use any line service. Anyone under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited from creating an account or using the service. If a false age is provided during registration, the account will be closed immediately and all funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Registration Conditions

When creating an account, the user must confirm the following:

• All information provided is fully accurate and up to date
• Only one account is being created in the same person's name
• The account is not being created on behalf of another person
• Betting is being done with the user's own money and not for professional or institutional purposes
• It is legally permissible to use such services in the user's own country

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

To use line's services in full, users may be required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process. This may require a copy of a national identity card, birth registration certificate or passport. Withdrawals will be restricted until verification is successfully completed. Account Management

3.1 Login Security

It is the user's own responsibility to keep their username and password completely confidential. Use a strong password to keep your account secure and never share it with any third party. All activity on an account — whether authorised or not — is the responsibility of the account holder.

3.2 Account Sharing Prohibited

An account may not be used by more than one person. Sharing an account with family members or friends is prohibited. Each person must have their own separate account.

3.3 Updating Information

If a user's mobile number or email address changes after registration, they must notify the support team immediately. line will not be responsible for any account access issues caused by outdated or incorrect information.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

line accepts four mobile banking methods for deposits: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay may also be used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to process.

• Withdrawals are paid only through the same method used for the deposit
• Account verification must be completed before withdrawing
• Withdrawals may be blocked if the wagering requirement for an active bonus has not been met
• Unusual withdrawal patterns relative to deposits may require additional verification

4.3 Fund Security

line ensures that user funds are kept secure. All financial transactions are processed through SSL encryption.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. To withdraw the bonus amount, the bonus funds must be wagered 15 times.

5.2 Other Promotions

line regularly offers various promotional offers, each with its own conditions:

• Weekly line Reward — 30% deposit bonus, up to ৳5,000, wager 18x, minimum deposit ৳100
• Live Table Festival — 50% deposit bonus, up to ৳8,000, wager 20x, minimum deposit ৳100
• Cricket line Dhamaka — 40% deposit bonus, up to ৳6,000, wager 15x, minimum deposit ৳100
• Birthday line Gift — reward up to ৳1,500, wager 10x, applicable once per year to verified accounts
• Refer a Friend line Bonus — reward up to ৳2,000 per successful referral, wager 12x

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer applies only once per person / household / device / IP address
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met
• line reserves the right to cancel a bonus if unusual betting patterns or system abuse are detected
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time — the next one becomes active after the current one is complete

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Validity

A bet is considered confirmed and valid when it has been successfully registered in the system and the stake has been deducted from the user's account. Bets that are not completed due to network disconnection or a technical fault will be considered void and the stake will be returned.

6.2 Cricket Betting Rules

The following rules apply to betting on cricket events:

• There is no draw option in match winner bets for a limited-overs match
• If a match is cancelled due to rain or any other reason and the result is not determined by the Duckworth-Lewis method, the bet will be voided
• In in-play betting, live odds are subject to change — the bet will be confirmed at the odds accepted at the time
• The result of a Super Over is included in match winner bets

6.3 Slots and Casino Games

RTP (Return to Player) information for slot games can be found in the game description. Game results are determined entirely by a Random Number Generator process and no previous bet or result affects the next result.

6.4 Error Policy

If an abnormal payout occurs due to a software error, server issue or other technical reason, line reserves the right to cancel that bet and recover any excess funds.

User Code of Conduct

7.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts to abuse the bonus system (bonus arbitrage)
• Deliberately exploiting any game bug or technical vulnerability
• Using betting bots, automated software or scripts
• Attempting unauthorised access to another user's account
• Collusion or cartelisation — coordinating multiple accounts to influence game results
• Using the platform for money laundering or financing terrorist activities

7.2 Responsible Gaming

line firmly believes that gaming should be a form of entertainment and should never cause financial problems. Intellectual Property

All content on the line platform — logos, designs, software, graphics, text, databases and compilations — is the property of line or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright law.

8.1 Usage Restrictions

• The platform may be used for personal and non-commercial purposes
• Copying, modifying or distributing any content is prohibited without written permission
• Reverse engineering or decompiling any part of the platform is prohibited
• Using line's trademarks in third-party advertising is prohibited

Limitation of Liability

9.1 Service Availability

line makes every effort to ensure maximum uptime, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, server upgrades or natural disasters. Stakes for bets not completed during such periods will be returned.

9.2 Third-Party Content

Games available on line are developed by third-party game developers. line accepts limited liability for technical issues with games, changes to RTP or software errors.

9.3 Gaming Losses

Betting and gaming are inherently risky. line is not responsible for losses from bets placed at the user's own decision. Users must be aware that there is no guarantee of winning.

Account Suspension and Closure

10.1 Closure by line

In the following circumstances, line may suspend or permanently close an account at any time without prior notice:

• Breach of any provision of the Terms
• Providing false or misleading information
• Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity
• Abusing the bonus system or exploiting technical vulnerabilities
• Being identified as a minor

10.2 Closed by the User

You can close your account at any time by notifying our support team via live chat or email. Any active bonuses or pending withdrawals must be settled before the account is closed.
